Visited mumbai to run in tata mumbai full marathon. Hotel victoria preferred being close to start point, the hotel was very good from all aspects. No problems whatsoever. Plus manager and staff were very polite and helpful

I paid for a superior room but that's not what i got. I got a room with stained sheets, no intercom, no table, broken basin, and a shower that sprayed water all over the bathroom instead of where it actually should. This was a basic room, not the premium one i paid for. The location is good, that's the plus. Have stayed here before and its usually been a good experience, but this time it definitely wasn't. I asked about the stain on the sheets, got no response.

Located in pick location near CST, everything available around the hotel. The rooms are very very small and not cleaned properly. As the building is old, there is a problem of bugs in the room. The rooms category should be small and extra small instead of deluxe and super deluxe. Staff behaviour and service were good. Overall I think overpriced worth the room quality.

Dirty room, hotel, lobby. Beds were not clean and lots of bed bugs, be sure to check before check-in. Booked superior AC room, with was without basic amenities. No paper roll. No proper toiletries.
