Hotel Lords

Recently stayed at Hotel Lord for two days. The hotel is located in a decent locality, allowing access to various restaurants. The rooms are quite small, but the service is good.

The rooms are clean with basic amenities, I should appreciate the staff who are really friendly. To top it up it is walking distance from the best tourist spots in South Bombay.

Everything was good but i felt some security issues as one night a drunk man can in SUV and sat behind the reception he was also accompanied by another drunk person

Location was good being on the main road. Rooms were a little smaller as compared to the Images shown . Food was ok but the only issue was with the service staff as nobody picks up the phone at the restaurant.

located in a prime place just 10 minutes walking distance to CSMT, the front desk and service staff are good and cordial. But room space is not enough and food prices are high.

it is a nice hotel located in a good area near to CSMT staff is also nice clean and hygienic rooms overall the stay was awesome here at hotel lords

Its small and always a Cigar smells comes up. Food was good. U need to call at Reception and ask it.

My first choice for business visit in Mumbai , near to railways station and all government offices , attached restaurant With good food option , 100 years old universal cafe is in front of hotel makes things better for stay

The hotel is located at The Fort , which is very near to my Mumbai office. The staff are professional and helpful. The location is good close to CST terminal. Room was clean and tidy. Basic amenities were there for any traveller. I have given it good rating as I believe there are areas of improvement.

It was a clean room and clean washroom. The locality is also very good I would recommend this place to everyone who are coming to Mumbai.

Hotel Accommodation was too small for a family of 4. No daily room cleaning service was provided until called for. It's not money's worth felt much costlier for the facilities provided.

It was an average experience because we repeatedly complained that there were too many cockroaches in the room. Please find a solution to this or give us a changed room. But no one listened. I have also taken footage of this. If you want, I can provide it. It is a very horrible condition. But I was helpless as I did not find a hotel available at any other location. So I was forced to continue this. Poor experience, entire hotel, cockroach

The Lords hotel is situated in a prime location. Very good hospitality. Extra bed is costly. Food quality is very good and tasty, at the same time price is slightly on the higher side. House keeping staff are very polite and loyal to their job.
