I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the condition of the room provided during my recent booking. The experience was far below the expected standards, and I feel compelled to share detailed feedback so that necessary improvements can be made The room was not in good condition at all — cleanliness and overall maintenance were severely lacking. Most concerning was the fact that all the blankets had burn holes from cigarettes, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety Additionally, the AC remote was missing, making it difficult to adjust the room temperature, especially during this hot season What makes this even more upsetting is that I had booked the room for guests, and upon receiving their feedback, I felt truly embarrassed. After investing money and trusting the property to provide a basic level of comfort and service, the experience delivered was truly disappointing and painful — both for my guests and for me as the host Given the substandard condition of the room, the charges applied are not justified. I kindly request that this matter be looked into seriously, and I would appreciate it if some form of compensation or refund could be considered Please ensure such issues are addressed so that future guests do not have to go through a similar experience Looking forward to your response

Pros: could order blinkit and zomato to my room cooperative staff cons: dirty sheets and pillow covers shady crowd crappy shower no ac remote (and the manual controls didn't work) only booked because i had business to attend to right next door. Won't advice the same to other people.

Room not clean walls have seepage no drinking water at arrival room 407 provided 4th floor lift have very old safety issues, telephone intercom not working while ordering food, tea etc very very late response

The hotel rooms were not clean at the time of check in. No water bottle in inr 3500. Not worth it

Good hotel, near kandivali station. Should keep washroom more clean. Good experience for family stay.

The hotel specialises in a short-term stay, couples can enjoy good facility. Not at all recommended as a stay option with family!

Very small bed. Legs fall out of bed. So much mosquitoes. Very terrible pungent smell. Bathroom door was not closing. Unclean bathrooms. Not worth the money. Paid 3300 per night when in reality not even worth 1000rs.

The attendent were too lazy, the room that was first allotted to us had a broken ac it was just a fan no cooling, then we shifted the room that whole floor didn't had power supply, my mom and dad were asleep and power cut off and ac, fan, light etc everything stopped working. So we were again shifted to another room in that room one fan was not working. The attendent took order of tea and took 30-45min to deliver it. Sorry i don't have one

Unfriendly receptionist, mosquitos inside the rooma

The rooms shown in the images are not how they actually look. Too many mosquitoes also. Staff is not professional and rude.

They didn't clean up room for 2 days.
