Good for affordable short stay
Rooms are small, hot water is available, toiletries (only shampoo and soap) was provided. The bathroom is clean but very little area. Location is accessible. Food can be ordered through delivery apps. Plates, cutlery and dining area provided at the entrance lobby. Good for affordable short stays only.

Decent hotel stay. Staff is very polite. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Hotel is located well on road close to all major points.

Poor Stay
The overall experience was disappointing. The hotel had a dingy vibe, and the staff were not supportive. Only half a liter of water was provided per night, and anything extra was charged. I even had to send my clothes out for ironing, and they charged double the amount quoted over the phone. While basic toiletries were available, there was not even a kettle in the room. My colleague, who had stayed here before had a similar experience.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, or even negative stars, I would. My experience at AK international Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare from check-in to check-out. It seems like the management couldn’t care less about guests; they’re just in it to pocket the money and ignore the issues. Save your money and sanity – book literally anywhere else.

Good Stay
The stay was very good. The staff is also supportive. The location is neatby to CSTM Station, which is a good option for local journey.

Terrible Stay
Rooms are not good very untidy and small space pictures are way too different from reality we we were shown some other property In the pictures and we strongly regret coming here and investing our time and money

I like it very much ,near csmt ,bus station ,the gate way of india .The room is neat and clean,and the family is a good stay .Staff behaviour is good and helpful .Out some work going on .Everywhere you can go easly.

Not Suitable for Families, Seniors or coupl
The hotel is budget-friendly but comes with many issues. The room was very small, dusty, and congested. The AC was damaged and not working properly. No water bottle was provided. The location is in an unclean area, right next to noisy workshops. The bathroom had no proper ceiling, and the room door had only an electric lock—no manual option, which felt unsafe. The reception's response to this concern was unsatisfactory. Walls were thin, so noise easily traveled from outside or neighboring rooms. No lift, and the staircase to the first floor was very steep—definitely not suitable for elderly guests. The breakfast area near the reception is cramped, fitting only 6-8 people. Overall, not recommended unless cost is the only priority.

Hotel without lift, A and charging the products over MRP
Staying in the hotel and upon arrival found no lift in hotel and have to use the staircase. Ordered cold drink which was charged over and above the MRP as the actual cost but they are charging and upon asking the reason to over charge the product over MRP the response is that we do it for everyone and upon asking the invoice for the same no invoice being issued. The AC was also not working and when informed the staff the response was this is how it works. Found bed bugs in the mattress. Would suggest all the business travelers not to choose the hotel

Not good for family stay. restaurant missing, Room too small to accommodate third person. house keeping was very poor.
