Excellent Stay
I have seen the reviews first then I booked. I really liked the stay as per reviews. I would like to recommend this hotel, if someone wants to roam in South Mumbai. Its very close to Marine drive,Gateway of India and Colaba market. Staff is very co operative and helpful. Newly built rooms with all the facilities. Room size is also good as per the location. They might start food service also soon once they complete the other floor consturctions soon. But yes the stay was very calm and without any issue I have seen the reviews first then I booked. I really liked the stay as per reviews. I would like to recommend this hotel, if someone wants to roam in South Mumbai. Its very close to Marine drive,Gateway of India and Colaba market. Good Stay
the stay and the management is good but the issue is the rooms are very small. atleast there is proper space to walk also. hot water is not coming properly that is one issue which we faced. we went when there are rains in mumbai. because of heavy rains from the window water came inside to our room. apart from these issues the management is very friendly and room ambience is good with clean washroom.

good location, excellent services, rooms are neat and clean. water and wifi are always available. Only addition could be a table and a chair in every room that was not there this time

Hotel staff was welcoming and courteous. Rooms were clean and tidy with all necessary items. Property is located at very convenient place with very easy access to CSTM station. Room rates are also appropriate as compared to the location.
