The reception-hardly a 10ft×4ft hole in the wall, lobby or waiting area-no proper place to sit for rooms to be ready, need much, much improvement. But the rooms was comfortable, staff behaviour decent. must include availability of lift facility or the lack of it in hotels*, as there was no lift there and I could in no way learn beforehand about it, as lift facility was very much needed for my wife in particular. Waiting area where we had to wait for three hours for the room to be allotted. My request for early check-in was not responded to.
