Beautifully designed apartment all the staff are well professional everything is perfect

unsafe and unprofessional.
I explained my problem over the phone. It was so unpleasant I checked out before 8 AM. I have raised complaint for refund and have not seen action yet. over head shower doesn’t work in the room i was allocated. Entrance to the property is slippery and not cleaned. I couldn’t find any cctv in property. The property is very poorly maintained 1. Poorly fitted bathroom: dis functional taps, flush not working effectively, had to use bucket to flush water. 2. Unclean dining area 3. At night 1:30 am unknown people knocked on my door, i felt very unsafe
