Manager and staff are very co-operative and any time even mid night they be ready for any help for accommodation and service at hotel.

It was a jail like experience with not even a single window or balcony. The phone was a dead one just like the person at the counter who wouldn't respond to anything. The best part was the TV wasn't working due to wifi failure. & the icing on the cake was every time you closed the bathroom door, it got locked from the inside &

It was too clean and service was extremely good we loved it and the atmosphere was also good

No proper service, Asking extra money, no laundry service but mentioned in the pamphlet and no rests

Geyser not working, entire room smells horrible, open wiring in washroom, blanket are not clean. Not recommended for family stay.

There is dust in the room, and bedsheets are torn, covered, and already dirty clothes and also smell in the room.

Room was decent but service was bit slow plus it was mentioned that 1 mineral water bottle was compliment but they charged money and that too 30rs per bottle

The property is very close to boriwali railway station. It has all the necessary amenities like AC, TV, Geyser etc.. all in a wonderful working condition. Services are also very good like room cleaning etc.

There was an initial hustle while check & I have to reconnect with MMT couple of times to get that fixed. Overall was Ok

The reception is small with one person sitting and taking your details manually in register, rooms are matchbox size, not clean properly, chair kept is broken, blanket is untidy, bath towel is not clean, bathroom has entire ceiling open from one side where flush is placed on top. There is no exhaust fan in bathroom, nor any window in room, it's suffocating, phone kept does not work, room service is more or less non existent, staff is sleeping till 9-9:30 in the morning in the room opposite my room and then it was given to a family for stay

I have not stay there, my money is in gutter

Hotel staff are incredible friendly rooms are clean
