Terrible Stay
I booked a room for 2 days, but didn't even use it for a full day. When i asked to extend my stay for another day, they demanded more money and responded rudely. The room had a bad smell, and after using the ac for a few hours, the walls and floor became damp and soggy due to water seepage. There were also too many mosquitoes in the room. Considering the price i paid, the room was not clean and comfortable as expected. The area around the hotel was very dirty and had a foul smell, which was disappointing.

businessThe hotel is situated at the bottom of khar east rely stan, in the market area, the road is 15 fit wide, very congested, western express is at a distance of 750 mts, khar rely station is just two steps from the hotel

Worst stay till now.
First, they didn’t mention that it was dormitory not a separate room. And charges were same as separate room. After reaching there, they charged us extra for separate room and sill room was not big enough for 3 people to stay. We even told that we can adjust for one day and provide us a bigger room. They told us to check out so we checked out but another room was same as before and our previous room was given to someone else. It was like we paid a high amount and still don’t have a place to stay. Completely irritating. I recommend not to go there because food is a big issue also. As there were no decent restaurants near it so you have to pay high amount for hotel’s food.

Hotel was good.
Staff was pretty decent. Room was clean. Washroom was clean. Reception was good overall good experience.

Couple stay
The room was quite good for money, and there was no disturbance around. The hotel staff was kind and good to us. I would recommend any couple to choose this hotel. They also gave us good service too.

At night some unknown person came to hotel and fight each other, they shouted, and we all the guests are so scared

Room hygiene
Mosquitoes are more, unable to. Sleep. Underneath the bed not cleaned for months. Room size is too small to stay. I vacated within 14 hours without night stay.
