During the booking, tge list of amenities to be provided included Iron & Iron stand along with an Air Purifier but these were not available at the hotel. As we had booked the hotel for attending a family function nearby, locating a laundry service nearby created lot of challenges and incurring extra money from our pocket. Who will bear the cost for that? Plus why the hotel is charging extra when they are not providing many of these services mention in their offerings.

Terrible Stay
The electricity plugs were not working, there were. No towels, fan and geyzer was not operational, coffee was rubbish. Had a very bad stay at the hotel. I won't recommend anyone to stay there

It was good .My stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. I truly enjoyed my experience and would love to visit again.

very very bad experience
The room was not clean. A bad smell was there in the room. couldn't sleep at night. mosquito was also there. The wash rooms were not clean. I was totally fed up by the hotel and checked out one day prior.

Nice and pleasant stay .. manager was very cooperative.. food was delicious and in budget rates .. good connectivity to all over mumbai .. local, metro, auto cabs everything is nearby.. recommend to stay here

Basically they don't have a good smell in their rooms, towels are smelling, breakfast providing in vry short quantity not satisfied with the hotel

Location wise is better and staff of hotel is also nice but kitchen is average. So food is a problem for this hotel.

The worst hotel in my life , totally dirty, the wall totally damped , tv not working condition, window damaged and dirt inside the corner . no chair ..
