The day we checked in toiletries was not there we asked for each n every item. both pillows were stinking we have to replace that as well. So service was not worth it. The room size is so congested I this it was somewhere 7ft * 9ft that's hardly. we face water for consecutive 3 days. even couldn't able to use the washroom. we found out people prefer hotel on hourly basis. Totally waste of money not worth it. whatever information you will find will not find out there. Although the staff was coordinating, but major issue water shortage. it has to be resolved don't know if they can or not, i found it's hard to resolve. so 2/5

Very very bad experience. Room were super small and no difference in normal room - delux and super delux. Only price hike. Would not recommend for claustrophobic people.

It is an average hotel. Ambiance around hotel is not so good. Rooms are too small. Even deluxe rooms are too small. No food available. We faced water shortage issues also

Great experience, location was the best. It is in the center of the city. It was clean, hotel staff were very friendly. I will be recommending this property to friends. I will surely visit again
