Very bad experience
Though we made our booking for Fabhotels 7 square, our booking was changed to Fabhotels Palm Grove just a day before our checkin. The Fabhotels Palm Grove is in a very bad location. Since our travel was primarily for the US visa, on the day of the appointment it was raining heavily and in front of the hotel was completely flooded. Our experience was so bad that we did not stay for the 2nd night we paid for. Also, this hotel was cheaper than the hotel we booked and paid. They should have refunded difference amount. In future, we will never book in Fabhotels.

Stay amended without our approval.
We booked Fab hotel seventh Square and when we reached the location, the hotel was not there. No one were responding and without our approval or agreement. The hotel changed our room and accommodation to another property which is very cheap and lower than what we have booked. We also asked for the refund, but we didn’t get.

Stay was great.
Good stay and fast service. Can smoke in the room. The hotel is called breezy bay, they are upgrading the board name to fab hotel 7 square.

Never stay here!
No boards at the entrance. Wrong place of entry via googlemap. When contacted the hotel staff says that this hotel and name of adjacent hotel both r same!!! Entrance to the hotel is terrible!!

No sign board.... no cleanliness, bed was stinking, the name itself was not visible in the whole building

very good inside
Hotel room is very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. When you are in the hotel you feel very good but outside of hotel very dirty. Breakfast is also good. Food prices are reasonable.
