Property is good, but what i feel is that the staff over all should be gentle with their guest and should be good in service Eg - when i order food in room i got that after half an hour and food was not even warm

The room was good and clean but there was a lot of residual smoke in the room. Probably the previous guest was a smoker. The windows were not opening and the room felt stuffy despite the ac. The food was decent.

Room are very neat and lavish. I stayed in the premium regal suite. It also has a bathtub. Breakfast was complimentary. Must have breakfast. Food is top notch at gcc. I ordered several times from the dinning. A complimentary wine bottle was also given to us for the stay.

familyHotel located very close to our place of visit and commute was quick with easy availability of autos. Dx room was ok in all respects with all amenities available except slippers. Newspaper availability need to be ensured daily. Olivia restaurant breakfast spread was sufficient and food was good including live counter. Staff in all areas were helpful specially housekeeping and at reception. Hotel room, toilet, reception area and restaurant were clean. Overall, 3nights stay was good. Suggestion : it would be better if mattresses were harder for good body support.
