I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, on the 1st night we were suddenly told that there is some urgent maintenance required our washroom , which took almost 2 hrs to get it done We were not informed about it at the time of check-in . Hotel needs to be better prepared with the availability of proper & correct rooms so that customer s don't get harassed . One good thing was the quality of food served , the taste was also good. However, they need to have variety in breakfast items. Front desk can be a bit more professional in their approach Overall experience was Ok , but need to take action on the feedback shared

The stay was good, and the staff was very helpful at all times. The food was also good. The only issue i had was that the room key wasn’t working, so i had to call someone to open my door each time. Other than that, everything was great.
