The rooms are good, service is also good, helpful people... May be they are under staffed receptionists were helping with luggage. The pool is not maintained at all... Saw a lot of dead flies and moths floating in the pool. There is no kids pool so traveling with a kid is not worth the money. The food quality is really good... Hence overall gave an average rating

It was a worst experience ever I had with lemon tree properties as well as make my trip. Location shared by MMT was 10kms away from hotel and false, I was harassed in Mumbai traffic, hotel front office not picked my call, finally I reached hotel and front office team said that they were busy so didn’t pick my call, there are no duty manager whom I can raise my complaint, called to MMT helpline but they were refused to help me out on this matter, I am regular user of MMT biz still I was cheated , no one is taking responsibility for fake information

Super location. Ample and safe parking. Too many food options. Rooms are extremely clean and huge size. Check in time can be reduced. Swimming pool is decent but not very clean. Toooo many Frequent Power failure is bit , though they hv backup. Over all 4.8 out of 5.
