Regarding my stay in the Lemon Tree Hotel in Agra Property's facilities were out of order (such as pool and gym) and not maintained. Food was average and the buffet menu was extremely limited. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet was below average. Location was fine.

there is no proper parking facility. the underground parking is not for SUV as one can't take . we had booked two rooms. one room we were alloted opaque view . We asked manager to change but his reply was that we should have mentioned at time of booking . it's like putting request at time of booking for door , bed , light in the room . there was no iron in the room despite mentioned at booking voucher.

Pool was not clean.it was filled with so many dead mosquitoes.Althoguh room was quite clean and bathroom as well..kitchen services also did not prove to be good.we ordered one dal and 4 chapati's around 12 AM midnight but it took around 45 minutes in getting it delivered on the room.initially they brought someone else's order at the gate and the moment I denied accepting it,he came back with actual order after a few minute.so their round the clock kitchen claim seems to be loosing somewhere.
