Property is good. However, there seems to be some issue with regard to pricing. The desk manager was offering little lower price as compared to MMT, but the catch was to make the 50% payment upfront through UPI (which created a little doubt).

Review - Property is well maintained and very professionally run. Breakfast spread is amazing with live counter included. In-room dining menu is of wide range and food quality and quantity was excellent.

Food and services are very good. The staff are well mannered and courteous. My wife and myself enjoyed stay in Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Katti-Ma, Chennai for 5 nights.

Stayed for two nights. Had a very good experience. We had booked a deluxe room with breakfast but was upgraded to a suite room and dinner was made complimentary.
