The hotel was in a good location and easy to travel; lots of public transport was available and it was also 10 minutes from the railway station. Above all that, the hotel was hygienic and aesthetic. I liked the minimal yet sophisticated interior, and all the necessary things were available. I haven't tried the food yet, but hopefully, I will visit again and try that too.

the stay was ok. food was tasty . the AC was a major let down . it was suffocating in the non-ventilated rooms . despite complaining several times the engineers came ... expressed helplessness saying Management has not given them authority to toggle ac temps. buffet breakfast was sumptuous. the requested sausages smelled a bit funky . it would have been a satisfactory stay except the ac marred it .

Rooms were clean & tidy, very good location in Thane city, staff is polite & good …breakfast can be better organised than usual …wanted to book for two days but could not get the booking hotel is sold out almost every night …will prefer to book again for business travel

Inspite of booking and paying for the room facing the front side city view I was told that it is full and cannot be accommodated. Benefits of 25% discount on food was not provided during the check out in the final bill. Very slow room in dine service. Whatever was ordered was not served at a time,

The hotel is kept clean. The room was also maintained well. Toilets were also clean. Food was good. Except for breakfast which had idly. The layer was roasted. Overall was a good experience.

Reservation discrepancy by Hotel

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 adults. When we reached, they said only 1 room is found in system and it's a mistake of reservation department..! Same type of complaint was also being raised by some other guests at the reception.(They had booked twin bed and were getting only 1 queen bed). We were asked to manage in one room but there was no even shower gel in washroom.

Stay was excellent. I was there for a day with family. We had a baby so the hotel provided a crib free of cost. Really appreciate that. Room was clean to the T and everything was perfectly placed. Restaurant staff was courteous and the food was also good quality. Only scope for improvement is they can add snacks during team time as only tea-coffee is being served in that time frame. Excellent staff, room service, restaurant and reception.

It's a very good room. I stayed for a day with family. It is in the main area of Thane and road access is very good. rooms are very clean rooms. Very well maintained. There are two main aspect. The staff at front desk are bit irresponding, rest all good.
