ibis Thane - An Accor Brand

Room was good. Body lotion bottle, shampoo bottle can be accommodated in bathing area itself. There should be more space in the area where commode is fixed. Presently it is cramped. I took breakfast. Medhu vada was little sour taste. The batter must be a day old. Repeatedly veg upma is given. Some North Indian breakfast can be introduced. Overall, breakfast was not that tasty as expected. Room cards for entry was not working to open the door. I had to run to Reception to get a new card. This can be avoided by accurate card preparation through the system Food charges are quite exorbitant. I have stayed in five star ibis Thane - An Accor Brands too where the food rates are comparatively cheaper. Overall review OK.

The stay was great. The ibis Thane - An Accor Brand exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, room quality and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend this ibis Thane - An Accor Brand if you’re looking for a good and comfortable place in Thane. The food is a little overpriced but the quantity and taste don’t disappoint. However, the ibis Thane - An Accor Brand is well situated amongst restaurants and the location is a plus point.

We stayed at ibis Thane twice for attending a wedding and both stays were absolutely great. The room is big enough to accommodate 2 people. It’s a clean trendy ibis Thane - An Accor Brand with a convenient location. The staff is very polite and courteous. The food may seem a little overpriced but the quantity is decent and there are a lot of restaurants around the area. It was an amazing stay.

Had a really comfortable stay at ibis Thane. The location is super convenient and easy to get around from. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. I especially liked the breakfast – good variety and tasty options. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Property is centrally located with good shopping mall nearby. Upvan hills just 10 min by auto. Good restaurant at property.

Food location all very good

stay is good but in our MMP shows 25% discount in food and drink. but they are not given 25% discount on drink.

Over all good experience ! Rooms were very clean

Great staff, little slow when ordering room service, rooms were clean and well serviced only complaint are the paper thin walls

ibis Thane is very conveniently located. The food is good and service is superb. We had plenty of RO water because of excellent house keeping staff. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. The wash rooms are neat and clean. Excellent stay.
