Stay was excellent. I was there for a day with family. We had a baby so the hotel provided a crib free of cost. Really appreciate that. Room was clean to the T and everything was perfectly placed. Restaurant staff was courteous and the food was also good quality. Only scope for improvement is they can add snacks during team time as only tea-coffee is being served in that time frame. Excellent staff, room service, restaurant and reception.

It's a very good room. I stayed for a day with family. It is in the main area of Thane and road access is very good. rooms are very clean rooms. Very well maintained. There are two main aspect. The staff at front desk are bit irresponding, rest all good.

Room size is compact but clean. Food was good but need to improve on teat basis. Service is Excellent. Smokers will have problem as property is strictly prohibits smoking in the room. In Thane property Provided smoking area is very far from room. Over all experience is Good.

Although the Reception and restaurant Area was excellent and well maintained but overall hyzine in the room was not up to mark....Dusty Sofa and beds corner, Broken Kettle , very poor room service after 2-3 reminders or even by personal visit to reception from 8th floor....... Overall quite disappointing Services & stay..not worth it 😔.

initially had a bad experience due to miscommunication between the hotel & mmt. I asked for change plans of my hotel dates. I escalated the situation both to the hotel and mmt And they did work together on escalation and provided the change in dates at no additional costs. Kudos to both the teams

The hotel was good. But the food was poor quality and was too expensive then others. No arrangements after mid night check-in. And housekeeping service is too delay.

Room Door lock is not working at full time of check in. Food is pathetic order not delivered properly. Too many time waiting for check in . Room light gone suddenly and not come almost 1n half hour.

This is my first time in ibis, but my wife stayed three times . cleanliness is excellent. Room service is good. front desk is very polite. staff behavior is very good. but this time, only one disappointment break fast and meal quality is not up to the mark. because we have booked, only because of breakfast quality is very good as per my wife. any way better luck for us next time.

i have had an unpleasant experience on 14th august 2025 i had to approach thrice to the reception from my floor as the room key was not working and there was proper no assistance given.
