Booked Lakeshore signature room for couple.

The stay was amazing and feels luxurious. The only catch is there are two staying locations. One is Lakeshore and the other is island hotel. Need to verify before finalizing the room to avoid unexpected disappointment. The food taste could be better. Breakfast options were good.

The way they decorated our room for our anniversary and they took care of little little points for our infant Specially Sameer who made our visit more memorable. Our stay at Raffles Udaipur felt like stepping into a fairytale. The serene island setting, the majestic architecture, and the attention to every tiny detail made it one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. A heartfelt thank you to Nirmal, the Guest Relations Manager, for going above and beyond to make us feel so loved and pampered. From the warm welcome to the beautiful surprises—everything was just perfect. The butler service was exceptional, always just a step ahead of our needs. And the little things truly made the difference—a custom video, surprise cake, gorgeous flower décor, and a dreamy rose petal bath in the tub that made me feel like royalty. There was a minor issue with the balcony cleanliness (which is natural in an open space), but the team handled it instantly and with such grace. Raffles didn’t just give us a stay—it gave us memories, emotions, and experiences that we’ll treasure forever. Truly a magical escape.

From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was top-notch, and every staff member made sure we had a comfortable experience. A special mention to Mr. Ravi Makwana, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even arranged a cake for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful gesture. Highlights of Our Stay: Warm Hospitality: The staff welcomed us with great enthusiasm, always polite, well-behaved, and wearing a smile. Delicious Food: The restaurant served excellent food, both in taste and presentation. The variety in the menu was impressive. Comfortable Stay: The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a pleasant ambiance. Areas for Improvement: 1. Google Maps Issue: The hotel’s address on Google Maps leads to the staff parking area, which is quite confusing and even a bit scary due to the road conditions. A correction in the location and placing a hoarding/signboard at the highway would help guests find the hotel easily. 2. Menu Filtering Issue: While using the vegetarian filter in the restaurant menu, one non-vegetarian item still appeared. A proper update in the system would improve user experience. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for its service, food, and hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

Great property with no clarity

coupleNo doubt the property is amazing surrounded by a beautiful lake! room, restaurant and the whole architecture is marvelous, a to z amenities are placed in the room. The problem starts and ends with the staff! when arrived at the property the staff at the entrance had no information of my arrival and kept on searching for my name in the list, we were made to sit at a hall in the entrance as the boat was not available at that time. It took nearly 30 minutes for us to settle down in the room. Then actual problem started at the time of check out. The staff at the front office had charged the whole tariff again with f&b bill which i noticed and informed that the room tariff was prepaid. Then knowing the fact that we have to pass the lake in order to board our cab to airport, we had handed over our luggage to staff very early even before we checked out to ensure it reaches the main assembly point on time. But the irony is they failed to send our luggage on time and we almost waited for 30 minutes to pick our luggage. Noticed lot of miscommunication between staff and completely failed to handle our luggage properly. There was a group checking out, one of our luggage was shuffled with the group luggage and our two other bags were no where found. It was drizzling and we were made to stand for 30 minutes to pick our luggage and we were just 5 minutes away from missing our flight, boarding gates were closed and we had to request airport staff to help us. The whole good experience ended with bitter flavour n helplessness
