Villa Le Palms - A Luxury Resort In Udaipur

Only one Human Being has given us fabulous service Mr. Veerendra Shekhavat. Madam who is sitting on reception is one of the worst service provider who has no sense to talk with customers. Need to improve housekeeping services as it is under rating.

It was very neat and tidy place. Hotel staff was very supportive and we had a great time there. Looking forward to stay there more

Technical issues are there in rooms a.c not working proper and some rooms in bathroom flash are not working not good reviews

Manager was non cooperative. I have worst ever experience ever. Property does not have facilities available even mention There was no basic facilities like dental kit, shower gal, shampoo, sleeper, etc. this was kept after we asked. On property had mentioned to provide refrigerator and bath tub in room. But it was not available. Wrong information mentioned . TV was not working, there was connectivity error which was not solved by resort. SPA was mentioned in property. But they have make store room of this. No spa facility available . Manager was non cooperative and not happy with him behaviour.

Nice property ambiance was very cool and calm. Staff was very nice special Mr. Mahendra ji very grateful person and helpful. He is very good behavior guy and helpful person.

Towel was dirty, there was no dental kit, there was too much mosquito, no shower cap or hair dryer, there was dust on the table it looks like noboday cleaned room from decade. Staff was good but lots of thing was missing in my room. Thank you !

I had a highly disappointing experience at vela le palm resort during my stay from november 25th to november 27th, with my original checkout date set for november 29th. Upon arriving, i was shocked to find the entire resort nearly empty, with no guests except the staff. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and eerie. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely irresponsible. While i was getting ready to visit nearby tourist spots, a staff member entered my room without my consent, using an "emergency smart key" this is a major security concern for any guest. When i brought this up to the management, they casually explained that it was a "mistake" which felt completely dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the food at the resort was overpriced and tasteless, offering poor value for money. Despite raising these concerns, the management showed little interest in resolving the issues, leaving me frustrated. As i had prepaid for my stay, i was informed that the remaining amount was non-refundable, which added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, i would strongly advise against staying at vela le palm resort, as it fails in both service and guest security.

Hotel was good and peaceful. The staff and hospitality were excellent. Overall enjoyed. Fully recommend.

The property is well maintained. Swimming pool is also very well maintained. Breakfast has variety. The staff was very cooperative.

The villa le palm resort in udaipur is poor with maintenance. They had advertised it well But once you go there it is poorly managed. There was no heater in the room and they don’t mention it on the website that premier rooms have no heater facility. It is very cold in the room that extra blankets do not suffice at all. The hotel is relatively expensive for the facilities they have. Very disappointed with the service. The food was ok.

Property is good out of the city. We stayed here for 2 nights. Surrounded by farms and have mountain view. Breakfast was also yummy. One thing which i didn't like was their service is very slow. We have to wait for 30-40 min for each dish after order. Also pols ensure to book only pool facing rooms with balcony only. Because other rooms get super cold at night during winter. Manager & reception guys allowed us to keep our luggage with them for one day after check out. Thanks to them.

Good clean rooms. Well maintained property especially the garden the the palm trees. Courteous and prompt service staff. Reasonably priced menu.

Interior of room is very good, location is very far from city which makes difficult for cab drop at night. Looks like newly made hence dustbin was not there in room, tv channels was not there in room. Restaurant cleaness required for hygine. Also breakfast quality was average.
