I had a highly disappointing experience at vela le palm resort during my stay from november 25th to november 27th, with my original checkout date set for november 29th. Upon arriving, i was shocked to find the entire resort nearly empty, with no guests except the staff. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and eerie. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely irresponsible. While i was getting ready to visit nearby tourist spots, a staff member entered my room without my consent, using an "emergency smart key" this is a major security concern for any guest. When i brought this up to the management, they casually explained that it was a "mistake" which felt completely dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the food at the resort was overpriced and tasteless, offering poor value for money. Despite raising these concerns, the management showed little interest in resolving the issues, leaving me frustrated. As i had prepaid for my stay, i was informed that the remaining amount was non-refundable, which added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, i would strongly advise against staying at vela le palm resort, as it fails in both service and guest security.
