very poor experience with everything, route to hotel was closed. water logged every where. not possible to to use hotel in rainy season,

Washroom was not clean. Water leaking from tap, flush pressure was so week. I asked them to fix that but nothing happened. I asked them for room cleaning but they didn’t

The rooms were spacious with all the basic amenities in the bathroom and the room itself. The service was prompt. The hotel is located in the central part of the city so all the tourist attractions are nearby. I will definitely consider staying again and hope everything remains the same. Location - near to Fateh sagar lake but 15-20 mins distance from city palace and lake Pichola. Food is really good. Staff - is good but they need to improve. Amenities - all are good, specially swimming pool but jacuzzi is not up to the mark.

Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property is poorly maintained – the AC wasn’t working even in the reception area. There is no valet parking available, and the staff seemed highly unprofessional in their behavior and service. Instead of providing sealed bottled water in the room, they kept loose water, which raises hygiene concerns. The room condition was terrible – wall paint was peeling off, and electrical switches were poorly fixed using black tape, which seemed unsafe. These are just a few of the many issues we faced. Overall, it was a very bad stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was good however the timings of check in as well as pool timings should be flexible according to the tourists, (pool timing should be till 0100 Hrs Am), so that they can enjoy in property also, the food quality was good however it was expensive more than other properties.
