The location of Radisson blue was very good. You can see sunrise right from your balcony. It has good Sports activity like Table tennis, pickel ball. It has nice garden near Lake. Infinity pool and activities like pottery camel riding was fun.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Kumbhalgarh recently and, overall, the property is beautiful and the stay was comfortable. The surroundings are picturesque, and the front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Room service was excellent and the in-room dining experience was also good. However, the breakfast buffet was a major disappointment and significantly affected our overall impression of the stay. The taste and variety of the buffet were below average, but what stood out even more was the lack of service. The restaurant during breakfast felt severely understaffed — at times, it was difficult to even spot a waiter on the floor. Plates were not cleared, tea/coffee refills took an extremely long time, and basic requests were often left unattended. It created an unpleasant start to the morning. Given this, I would strongly advise future guests to avoid opting for the buffet package. There are good restaurants and cafés nearby where you can have a much better breakfast experience. While the hotel has potential great views, courteous staff at the front desk, and good room service the breakfast service and quality need urgent improvement. I opted for hill view room but there was no hill view in that which was another disappointment

The location and property are good but the service levels are poor. The staff isnt properly trained and struggle to serve or handle feedback. The amenities we were promised as part of package and paid extra for werent there. We were told there is a butler service in room along with kitchenette but there was nothing. The hotel said they have no such facilities. Plus there was some surprise gift during check out but nothing. No one came to take feedback too! Really disappointing experience.
