it is a very beautiful property but lacks in terms of service. they didn't have proper trained staff who could provide us a clean room. firstly the room was not ready when we arrived at the hotel. then they gave us a room with a broken curtain rod. we told them to change the room and they did it but both the rooms were not clean. the bedsheets were dirty with hair on them, the room was full of dust on the chairs and bed. there was dirt on the floor, the tea boiler and glasses looked like they were never cleaned in the previous year. there is no geyser in the room for hot water. the house keeping staff cum guard cum handy man was not trained and didn't know what is to be done. the fan was not working. their restaurant was also not taking food orders. all in all it was a total disaster.

The property is little far from kumbhalgarh fort about 16 km but it is extremely serene. The property is very aesthetic, the rooms are spacious. The chef served food with warmth and love. The food was extremely tasty. The terrace offers panoramic view of hills. The sunrise was beautiful and the peacock family was roaming in the balcony.

familyThe property and its amenities were amazing. The manager jatin was very helpful but staff service was still a little slow. However the views from the property, quality of food and the overall hospitality more than make up for any service delays. We stayed only a night on our way from udaipur to jaisalmer, while visiting the kumbhalgarh fort. Next time i would happily spend a weekend here exploring the surrounding areas a bit more. We were told there are night leopard safaris (6pm-9pm) hosted nearby which seemed exciting and probably worth trying out next time.
