Pathetic experience at garh kumbha resort false room details were provided it wasn’t a deluxe room. Instead, a common room was provided to us on 4th floor even when we has 2 senior citizens with us. No lift was there so many promised items were missing from the room foul smell and dirty linens were there in the room. They didn’t keep the room ready. They just unlocked the available room after our arrival. When i complained about the same to the resort owner, he rudely asked us to immediately vacate the room. Unprofessional staff, entered the room without knocking while my wife was feeding my baby.

Location is perfect. Nice and friendly staff enjoyed 31st 2019 at hotel with culture program. Liquor store is just some below the hotel so it's easy to pick if you want. Food is nice. People are coming from other hotels to eat. Fort is 5 minutes rides (2-3 km). Highly recommended.

My stay was en joyful. Food is really good and fresh. What, I suggest carry cash, they don't have card facility. While booking ask for road, front facing rooms, you will get a good view. Better view than several other hotels.
