Food quality is very bad and welcome is not proper manner so we are 100% dissatisfied also in night Kumbhalgarh every resort ply the fog music but in this hotel not done for any entertainment in evening

location was good. But basic services like commode shower, bathing shower was not working properly and were not properly maintained. Furniture was old and require maintainance. Food was Ok. Staff was cooperative. Overall a so so experience.

Overall it was a average property , even room was not ready around 3 pm , staffs was good, liquor was not available in the resort, but good things are wine shop is just opposite to the resort, it's a pure veg resort, no entertainment activities are there, room was very clean

I am send my booking facilities in which following facilities was included but regretfully telling you that I faced many discomfort and problems, I was booked levised suits but water was not avilable in bathroom my daughter has to wait 45 minutes in this meanwhile I called to reception and room service but all are failed, further I have booked to room one is room no 18 and second is 19 but in room no 19 AC is not working in which my father in law was stayed, after that bedroom light in both corner was out of order, further as complementary coffees puches, milk powder pouches was not available and room balcony was clean after we checked in, moreover light was also gone three to four times, I also booked honeymoon package but nothing special facilities was provided as mentioned in my booking. How make my trip is affiliated that kind of hotel which are not giving valuable service to its clients. It was very worst experience in this hotel even in my life. Before this I always feel proud in booking with make my trip but today this booking lost my trust on make my trip company. I want fair justice and refund my amount immediately although this will never remove my experience but keep my trust on make my trip Thanking you I locked this room and inform to hotel that now my father is staying with us in our room. You may give to room to another one. Kindly refund my whole money for this trip.

Beautiful cottages situated among lush green forest environment, the greenery of the place will mesmerize you in every manner if you want to stay close to nature in peace environment then aodhi khumbalgardh is the best option. Food quality is worth every penny, delicious in every aspect. Service, staff everything make this place top notch in khumbalgardh. Highly recommended.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
