The location of the property is excellent and in the city center. All sightseeing places and the fort are nearby. The view was good from the balcony. Staff is polite and courteous. However, the only disappointing thing was that the breakfast spread was very limited looking at the price of the stay. Should been offering more number of varieties. Also, room service is available only till 10PM limiting the option to have late nigh refreshments.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the staff was courteous, and the service was prompt. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance was comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend for a short and peaceful stay.

I recently stayed and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Property look & feel is awesome. Centrally located. We stayed in the sag-run suite which was huge with all modern amenities. Swimming pool was well maintained. Staff is very polite, welcoming and helpful. They should however upgrade or change bathroom fittings. Overall a wonderful experience.

Good infra average services! We checked in on 15th feb, we realised later in the evening that we were only room occupancy that day, once we went for dinner had to call the chef to make him understand what we want for dinner since there is no buffet, the waiting staff is dumb and untrained, that day the chef saved the show. The next day breakfast also went ok because they asked what would you’ve for juice, dosa, etc, then dinner happened on 16th, they had a pre printed menu and they had 5 odd bookings so it is fair that they have this menu, but this menu had 2 items that were not served, one being bhindi masala and the other being masala buttermilk. And that implies that the printout is from lunch!
