Overall hospitality was nice however property was not very well maintained. Food was not good with most of the items in the menu was not available, you have to order within the limited options given and in that too food preparation was very low. Room size was very small

I had a terrible experience at The Sanctuary Heritage, Kumbhalgarh. The TV never worked during my 2night and 3 days stay, and the staff gave vague excuses like a “cable issue in the entire area,” which I later found to be false. Service was unprofessional and uninterested. For the price paid, the hospitality was far below expectations. Basic amenities were not maintained, and there was no sense of responsibility or urgency from the management. I do not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay. Totally ruined the mood of what was supposed to be a peaceful vacation.

It was a great family place to stay. Visited with a friend's family and everyone loved it. Food was great too.

Rooms were very nice and clean. View from room was awesome. Breakfast choices were good and service was very fast. Staff was very cordial and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend others to this hotel.

Ownership changed recently. Location is good, place is also good. But, needs maintenance. Food was little spicy and oily. Not much options in food. Service was good.

Recently i had booked a room for my holidays in palace rajkumbha. The property had recently been taken by save group and i really appreciate the way they handled my booking from booking to check out this is why i thought to review it 1. The property - the hotel is built in traditional architecture type and is attractive. I personally adore the hotel built style with only one negative point is stairs you have two floors to climb before you get lift for further floors. It might be because it's made on a hill 2 location - location is superb, located on the edge of lakhela lake gives the view of the lake, the hill in the background adds to the beauty of the location. 3. Cleanliness - this is where you see the role of management and i shall praise the staff. I found the property clean and neat 4. Service - the staff was welcoming and ready to serve you. A five star out of five for the service by save group 5. Food - tasty and quality was good but they can do it better. I personally would recommend them to work harder coz they can elevate this too. The food and the cuisine serve was good and a 4 star for it

Great service experience during our stay at save palace rajkumbha. It is located on the slopes of hills. The jungle is lush green giving it wow feel. The rooms were good size and clean. The staff was charming and took good care of us. Lovely place to enjoy relaxed stay

Palace raj kumbha property was leased out to some other group in diwali season 2023 and at that time they did not have any staff, no chef, no services and the hotel was under construction /renovation, and hence the rooms were filthy, cement was lying on floor that made it so dusty that you cannot walk with bare foot. Hotel staff (whosoever was there in minimum count) was not at all aware of hotel services, rooms or conditions of the rooms. Hotel operations kept lying about the rooms being all perfect, but in reality we had to switch rooms 5 times in only two days. In one room the bedside was broken and supported by a brick, in another room, the flush wasn't working, plumber repaired it multiple times, but did not work, then third room was so dusty, linens were dirty, bedside, headrest had so much of dust that you cannot put your head on it, no toiletries kept in washroom. Breakfast was cooked by some local ladies, no chef. Hotel operations lied about having a chef, there was no fixed chef, manager made bread toast for us one day. They offered us open gypsy safari and did not make us visit the places they had committed initiated resolving the issue, but then after resolving one issue, they closed the matter and we further did not raise anymore complaints on the hotel staaf's request. They requested us to bear with them as the hotel group had suddenly switched and they did not have resources, not even enough vegetables in the kitchen. The worst possible stay in kumbhalgarh. No elevators, they purposefully provide rooms on 2nd or 3rd floor, and after changing 5 rooms in just 2 days, they gave us room on first floor which was alright, but not upto the mark. Despite of knowing all the struggle that we had to face, hotel operations/manager charged us for even smaller snacks, they did not bother about the complaints, just about the money that has to be paid for whatever minimum service they provided. Do not visit any save group owned or leased properties. This property was taken over by save group and had no idea about hospitality or hotel management or even basic hygiene of linens and washrooms

Due to the recent change in management, facility is not fully ready to accept guests. Make my trip charges are on the higher side.

Poor cleanliness in room, no water, unhygienic room, next morning breakfast not ready, hotel management told me that breakfast will be served at 09:00 am, unfortunately left the hotel without breakfast. Don't recommended to to

Very good amenities and services. Food was excellent. Regarding location, 900 m inside main road and road is not in good condition. Required lift for 1st and above floors.

Hotel was clean but its surrounding area was very dirty. Hotel food was very bad. They don't know how to prepare manchurian or any pane-er subzi. Their breakfast was also very ordinary. They don't have a lift and lot of stairs to climb. Some room's bathrooms are very small and showers water force was very very low. So whole bathing experience was ruined. There are no dance or music programs as comparing to other resorts. Tv sets were very very small not even 32' in size. I spent hefty amount for my stay but experience and fun comparing with money i spent was very very average. Do not recommend overall. Only good point was that hotel staff was very very kind and welcoming.
