Hilltop Palace - Best Located Lake Facing Hotel In Udaipur.

over all stay is great .. room is very clean .. food at restrurant is good. . only drawback during my stay is pool was not well maintained . too much chlorine in water i got burning and red eyes .. otherwise everything is good. location of property is excellent . right on top of hills. just in middle of both pichola and fateh sagar lake connecting both old city udaipur and rest of town excellently. overall great stay ..

The Overall experience was good rooms are nice and well maintained the view is awesome from the hotel enjoyed my stay but the resturant staff is poorly behaved with delayed services of food.

The Lake side view was mesmerizing. Just loved the view and the room was very clean. Also, the food was of very good quality. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hotels location is too good, hotel staff behaviour is good, restaurant food is so good and hygienic. Hotel is neet and clean. My experience is fantastic.

I had booked a lake facing deluxe room at the hotel. The lake view was amazing from the hotel and the food was also good.

Pathetic ambiance, pathetic hygiene pathetic bed quality, very old building, and above that super rude and arrogant staff. Poor quality rooms, with cracks and leaks all over the room and bathroom. And just disgusting food they sever with overcharged prices, very bad quality food

recently stayed at this hotel and found a few areas that need serious improvement. Firstly, the hotel does not provide sealed mineral water bottles (like Bisleri or other branded options). Instead, they give a reusable bottle/flask that can be refilled with any kind of water, which leaves customers questioning the hygiene and safety standards. Secondly, even basic amenities such as toothpaste and other essential toiletries were not provided.

It was phenomenal. The staff was very kind and hospitable. The view was beautiful and the vibe was very pleasant.

+s: - Check in procedure was good - Breakfast was nice - lake view is very nice (though this time, we stayed in a city View room), but we have stayed in a lake facing room before. -s: - Room service was average and took time to respond - Housekeeping needs to be improved, especially the bathroom wasn't cleaned upto the mark. There was a towel hanging on a hook as if it was used by the previous guest, when we checked in.

Property is good. But no game zone . Look is vr dull and lifeless. Night singing in dining hall shd b good. Pool aft 8 not allowed so for working people when they finish meeting, there s zero activity. I had to move t another hotel next day

Well located. The washroom was smelling. Check in Check out was also not that seamless. No room service.
