Worst experience with dorm rooms

Bad stay !! No curtains for privacy beds are very poor in condition no proper lightings, and the washrooms are also not in good condition

I had booked two Bollywood rooms at Unplanned, but upon arrival, I was informed that the rooms were located in a different wing, about 300 meters away, at another property called Pushp Watika in Ambamata (listed on maps). The staff claimed this was the B Wing of Unplanned, but it seemed like a completely separate under-construction property, they were still working on the rooftop area. The rooms themselves were spacious and looked just as good as the photos, but everything else was disappointing. There was no common area, the service was below average, and food wasn’t available on-site. To get food, we had to go to the main Unplanned property, where the prices were unreasonably high, portions were small, and the quality was poor. Overall, the only good thing about the stay was the rooms , everything else fell short.

It was a finest hostel and stay for everyone also budget friendly we felt very glad to stay there.!!

the place was very unhygienic.. there was no privacy for hostel rooms and the crowd was drunk .. everyone was partying there was no space to keep our luggage as well ... the receptionist was also drunk and the environment felt very unsafe to stay at so we decided to cancel immediately but the receptionist didnt even refund any amount .

I find the property's location from internet. we booked a dorm room of 6 sharing for 6 people. we were assigned to dorm 3. The room was not properly cleaned and sheets and pillow were not changed till we reached. the washroom and toilet are not clean. No room services for the next day. It was very bad experience for us. Toilet was not usable. There was not a single mug and no water facility. Also the bedsheets, pillow cover were dirty and room service was terrible. It was a horrible experience there.

The finally alloted soon was at a different location and we were made known only after we visited the property. The worst is that after we reached this room we realised that the whole floor was under construction and only one room was available which was not even cleaned after the earlier customer left. this was my first time staying at a hostel..and it turned out to be the most amazing experience, must visit !

Property’s location is great and property itself is also good. But services! Staff is friendly but not responsible. Have to ask for basic services like cleanliness and even after several approaches you are ignored.

Pathetic Service. I will never suggest this place for a stay the staff is very unprofessional they don't know how to behave. They only start behaving cool in front of girls. Also, they all are smoking weed I don't see that place to be much safe. If you guys are planning for hostel you should go for some different Hostles Pathetic Service. Not suitable for family. Non cooperative staff. Hygiene issue. Cleaning issue.
