A special mention to Suresh and Nidhi – they were extremely cooperative, always ready with a smile, and quick to help with any request, big or small. The place is beautiful, there are cute spots inside Udai Kothi which reminds of true nature's beauty. The staff members are cooperative. There are food options,the rooftop cafe, we tried Rajasthani thali and loved it, it was freshly cooked. Suresh ji, the front office manager genuinely took care of the stay's safety, comfort and experience. The location is near to some great sight seeing spots and cafes and restaurants. We have to go through narrow streets hardly a car passes. The lift was not working. Overall there was not a good Vibe.

The services are not really great here. Room services are also very delayed. I ordered the basic room amenities, they were delivered after 2 hours of wait. In night I tried to order the food at room, instead of having in house dining, they refused to provide the service stating that they have a huge rush in restaurant and wont be able to provide the food. like seriously, what's the benefit of having in house restaurant then???? Very next day, while going out for sightseeing, I shared the key with reception to cleanup the room, even after coming after around 10 hours, i found the room was not cleaned and instead of complying it, they were playing passing the blame game to other manager. The amount that we paid did not feel worth against the services we got . The whole staff including the managers are not good here. Hospitality 2/10. Several complains but no revert from the management staff at the property The property is amazing and the views are breathtaking but unfortunately it overshadows due to the behavior of staff and rest services here.

I really had very bad experience over here and for the good also it was not upto the worth. I had a wrong decision for booking my stay with them instead I would have booked different hotel which is near by and it’s good also. Just don’t book the property by its looks or anything it’s not that great. Really had very bad experience with room dining & room issues too. Be careful before booking. Thank you.
