The stay was very warm and cozy. Amazing aesthetic. The owner was very generous and welcoming. He checked upon us and also gave good restaurant recommendations. Location is just near city palace and jagdish temple which gave easy walkable access to lake pichhola, market, and other tourist attractions

Unacceptable stay. The room was filled with smoke smell, the washrooms were filthy, and the beds were uncomfortable. We had no electricity/working AC. Zero basic amenities, including no luggage storage or bathroom shelves. Avoid this place.

Smoke smell: All rooms have sensitive smoke detectors and fire alarms. No alerts were triggered during your stay, but we’ll recheck all rooms to ensure freshness. 2. Washroom cleanliness: Washrooms are cleaned twice daily, and our team is available 24/7 for requests. We wish we’d known during your stay so we could’ve addressed it immediately. 3. Bed comfort: We use 6-inch orthopedic mattresses in dorms; private rooms have softer 12-inch premium ones for extra comfort. 4. Electricity & AC: Short power cuts can occur in Udaipur’s old city; our backup supports lights and fans, though AC may be briefly affected. 5. Amenities: Dorm guests receive lockers, toiletries, hangers, reading lights, privacy curtains, and fans—standard for shared stays.
