The Room was good service was good but the food Price on the rooftop restarturant was quite expensive plus the hotel was quite inside of the Old city so walking was a lot but overall good experience

The location for resort is quite interiors to lal ghat making it difficult for the 4 wheelers to reach to hotel and you have to walk. Food is average but service is below average. only plus point is it's very nearby to lake pichola, city palace so you can visit the location just walking.

Property is at a very premium location ( centre of the city ), we had breakfast included in our stay which was really delicious. Services provided by the staff was top notch there was no delay and everything was taken care off with a very gentle and sweet nature.

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Location is excellent. You can go everywhere walking. Room, toilet everything was neat and clean. Linens were fresh. The guy Ankit is very helpful. Nice stay.

neither Wifi working on 3rd floor nor tv working … No facility luggage drop to room from parking as parking is not available in hotel… if not available parking then they can pick up from parking parking is too much costly 30 rs per hours… if night stayed , 300 rs per night only…. lift is too much busy… staff is not educated regarding team service… No proper management as aapko 1-2 chakkar lagana hi padenge aapke room tak aane ke liye

Location of the property is good, food is tasty but too much over priced. Room is neat and big but passages to rooms are cramp, only a single person can pass through the passage. Staff is also not trained. Location of the property is excellent.
