Hotel Dreamyard is in a fantastic location, offering stunning views of Lake Pichola, especially at night—the sight is truly mesmerizing. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. While the overall experience was enjoyable, the rooms could use a bit of improvement; the interiors felt somewhat dull and lacked character. Nonetheless, the scenic views and great service more than made up for it.

Property is really good, the staff can be more polite abd clear about their policies like laundry (what comes under small clothes n big clothes) and common area space (their staff watches Don movie all the time and gets angry when asked to change it, very aggressive and unprofessional behaviour)

Thanks for the feedback! Our laundry policy — including what’s “small” and “big” clothing — is clearly written right next to the counter. We can upload a photo if reading signs or asking about it was too much to ask. As for the staff — our apologies if they seemed rude. They’re usually lovely people, just not at their best when asked to play party music at 2 AM. Glad you liked the property though — hopefully next time, attention and courtesy will check in together.

The view was the best I have seen so far from any hostel but the management was clearly foreigner focused, so Indians are treated as second priority and all rules are only applicable if Indians are found breaking them
