No value for money. Location would have been good, but there is no connectivity of cab at this location, also the room facilities are very disgusting, no tv, no water, nothing, they don't have to charge this much amount, I would not recommend anyone for this hotel
Best hotel in budget

Location is good, even best in price. Hotel need to improve some basic facilities. I also missed the in house restaurant. Owner is very helpful. He also booked taxi for my travel. Opt for room 21 and 31. They are large in size and best view. All the main attractions are just walking distance from hotel.
Not really a Haveli

This is not really a Haveli, but a more modern building in the old city. So you don't get the feel of staying in a Haveli. However it has a great location and is good value . . There is no in-house restaurant or breakfast, but plenty of choices are available all around. The main tourist attractions are walking distance. Cars are not allowed in the narrow streets leading to the hotel, but one can take an autorickshaw, or walk. Facilities are limited but the management is quite helpful.

Opt for deluxe room, it's worth the extra bucks (room 31 or 21). We stayed in room no. 21. The only issue that we faced was lack of hot water at night. Apart from that it was an awesome experience. The manager/owner was super nice and helpful. Terrace has nice view of lake and sunset.
Neither good nor bad

1. Awesome location
2. Very Clean
3. Owner is very humble
4. Sunset view from the terrace
1. No parking (private parking with 100 Rs for 12 hour at 200 meters)
2. Bedding is a major draw back
3. No intercom in room
4. Towels were too harsh
5. No restaurant, they can serve only tea on request.

I visited Udaipur in August 2015 with my wife after Jaipur. Compared to Jaipur, Udaipur is much better. Location of the hotel is the best near to Pichola lake ie, on the bank of lake. So the view from the hotel is awesome and eye soothing. Only drawback is that food services are not provided by hotel.
Traditional haveli style

Good traditional hotel, located in the heart of old Udaipur. One can see the lake Pichola and the Jagmandir palace from the rooftop. Rooms are spacious and cosy. Courteous and homely hotel staff. One can see the traditional folk dance at the Bagore haveli which is located close to the Aashiya Haveli. The city palace, Jagdish temple, Lake pichola are all located close by. Overall, a satisfying experience of stay at Udaipur.

Aashiya Haveli is situated right next to a lake, the Haveli gives you spectacular views of the city palace complex and the Taj Lake palace from its terrace. The rooms are beautiful and cozy, it is simple and very elegant. You are sure to have a memorable stay here. Staff is extremely kind and helpful, ambience is excellent. It is extremely near to Bagore Haveli where you get to see Rajasthani folk and architecture. Shoppings centres are very near by a must for all. It's a perfect blend of culture and modernity.
Royal hotel of Udaipur!

Rajasthan is a royal place and so Udaipur shows the glimpse of royal city with beautiful views. I, along with 2 friends stayed in this hotel at a trip. Hotel Aashiya haveli gave us a very pleasant stay. Its location is good, so you can get cab easily for this hotel. The room was beautiful no other words for it. Clean, chilled out, amazing views and windows. The food was awesome, they had no issue customizing our food to order, and the rooftop has an awesome chilled out vibe. Breakfast options range from cereal to fruitto paratha. Hotel staff was so co operative, they helped us as their best when my I fall sick. So I am gonna remember this hotel for my lifetime as a perfect stay and I am going to visit here as soon as my friends make another plan for a trip to Udaipur.
