The stay was beautiful and the service and hospitality was outstanding. The food at both the restaurant, especially at the basil restuarant was lip smacking. the courteous staff, Ravi, was quite helpful in making us understand everything about the specialties. Thanks to Monika for calling a day before to check about the arrival timings and making sure the room is ready before we reach the resort. Saptami was quite understanding for the client's requirement and she went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing but outstanding.

i stayed in Room 306, and it was absolutely beautiful — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was amazing, with great taste and quality. I had a wonderful stay ! The room was very comfortable and clean. Monika was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of guidance about visiting City Palace, Sajjangarh, and the Biological Park. The puppet show at Bamboosa was very entertaining, and the food there was delicious and tasty. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!
