Wonderful,Excellent property Managed by Outstanding Team of Marriott ( each one of them was outstanding in making us feel great from Welcome staffs to Front desk staffs to Restaurant Staffs to Room service staffs to staffs of each and every department). Food was Amazing every time , room was so spacious and highly maintained. we enjoyed a lot. After lot of research we finalised Marriott fr Diwali vacation, on arrival first impression was good , on request we got our room changed to double bed instead of twin ,, apparently that was only good thing about the stay , many problems we faced later on like the AC Was shutting off on it’s own and no fan was provided, i don’t one how to sty in that suffocating room when their was no window or fan for ventilation,, after that we informed the desk they were kind to listen to our complaint but their was no resolution from their side ,, secondly after using the bathroom and bath tub the floor got wet despite repeatedly telling no one cm to clean the floor ,, only good thing was food spread for dinner n breakfast, , while checking out also we had faced issue as no one cm to pick up the luggage despite waiting for 30-40 min , I think hotel needs to hire more staff and improve their hospitality otherwise property was good , hygienic and clean ...

Lovely Stay. New Property by Marriott.

Fairly new in its operations, the hotel is a great stay option when in Udaipur. I love Marriott and its services and usually choose their hotels when available. The service though seemed to be quite slow and inattentive- perhaps because if being understaffed or unskilled. If that is bettered, the stay will be much smoother. The room cleaning was also not up to the mark everytime. The room I stayed in had a carpet, and I could still see dirt on it. Also, one thing I don’t understand is that the rooms have no hooks to hang clothes, towels etc. this is a basic requirement that can’t be omitted. Location and the food at the hotel is very good. The breakfast spread is good too. They have a hi-tea concept in the evening which makes you feel as if you’re living in a community. Very thoughtful initiative. Their restaurant Okra is a nice place to hang out for some sumptuous food. Overall, a great stay. Expecting these certain things to be fixed for it to be better until the next time. Special mention for Mr. Deepak Sen c/o Udaipur Marriott Travel Desk. We booked all our day trips and trips within the city with him. Excellent cab service. Super clean cars and professional and decent drivers. The car at all times reached ten minutes prior, infact earlier without follow-up. Not even once did I have to follow up with him or the driver. Excellent, reliable and courteous service. Strongly recommend.

Property is located at an awesome place... Hospitality was at a next level, staff was very polite and helpful during our stay... Food was very delicious and kept variety of dishes which was loved by everyone including kids & senior citizens too... Staff has also helped us for local sight seeing by providing their Best Tour Person Mr. Deepak Sen who sent his different Team members for daily sight visit during our stay for 3 days... His staff was well dressed, great communication skills and has given proper information about the local as well... Keep it up and Good Luck for future... 💐👏🙏👍👌

I stayed in premium suite which was good but the other things like evening high tea, buffet dinner has really disappointed me as the quality was not at all good, the spread of both high tea and dinner is very minimum and not up to a level of Marriott and also the staff at dinner almost forgot everything which I ordered so property wise I will recommend to go but services and specially at buffet dinner and high tea I would not suggest. At almost same rate or even better rate you can find Taj which will be better than this for sure.

The service, food, stay, hospitality, people including chef, security everything was excellent and so well managed. Its a new property in Udaipur, very well made and worth staying. The authentic Rajasthani food was better than the well known Rajasthani restaurants of Udaipur.
