Terrible Stay

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers. Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re-settle Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. They have no consideration for their guests

Loved every bit of our stay at lakend. Their food, hospitality and eagerness to help is un matched. My daughter is picky about her food and lakend took very good care of that as well.

The rooms were smelly and dirty with stained bed sheets and the bed drifting away from the head end .Also, black dirty was coming out in the washroom . Despite changing the room similar issues persisted. Food was also bad .

I had a very bad experience at the hotel ... the room was smelly ... beds were broken and shifting from the bed head ... dirty linen on the beds along with black water coming in the bathroom.., despite changing the room ... the same issue persisted

Bad customer service

There were no towels available for the room the next day - saying laundry did not arrive, and later on they were giving swimming pool towels for rooms. Room service for drinking water did not arrive entire day. I left the room asking to clean the next morning going out for site seeing, on arrival i found out room was not cleaned and the reason they gave me was they were busy doing something else. Food and all the other things are nice. They are charging extra 5% as service charges for all the orders. Over all Property is good but service is not upto the mark.

Service was very bad. It took them 45 mins to give the water bottle to the room. Breakfast was not upto the mark. No one had come to take our luggage out during check out even after requesting them on calls. Overall it is a average hotel as compared to the price they chanrge you. Not at all a 5 star experience.
