we recently had visited Hotel Lakend with Family. Overall experince was good. Hotel location was awesome. We had spended quality time with family. However, few observation we would like to share about alloted rooms, Rooms were not much clean and washroom was not in good condition like sliders door not working properly, washroom crispy air not had outflow. other basic things was not working properly

The location is excellent overlooking the Fateh Sagar lake but the quality of room is very poor and not in line with a 20K per night cost! Room had a bad odour (could be from A/C vents) and the front office couldn't arrange another room but just managed with some room freshener which certainly didn't solve the problem. The flush wasn't working properly which is part of basic minimum! Food was ok and nothing special. 20K per night (lake facing room) is certainly way more than what the room deserves!

The location of the property is beautiful, it's on fatehsagar lakeside. The rooms are decent size. We had the city view room which were fine but the lake view ones have an amazing view. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant where you can enjoy the sunset. The restuarant pizzeria by the lake has awesome pasta. The pizza was okay but pastas are a must try. The service was good as well. Very pleasant stay.

This was my second time staying at the same hotel, and I really love this place. Everything was perfect – the food, the stay, the staff, the comfort, and the lake view. The staff were very helpful. We arrived around 8:30 in the morning, and they allowed us to check in early both times. Special thanks to Mr. Ankit for helping us with a late checkout. Because of heavy rain, we needed to stay a few extra hours, and he extended our checkout time without any extra charges.
