Terrible Stay

I didn’t like the ambience of the property and the service provided was way below the price paid. At night there was no proper illumination in the property to move around. Rooftop restaurant was not functioning and nobody had any idea about the working hours. The swimming pool was not clean.

1. Room Service was very poor 2. Rooms are very Dirty 3. Pool was very Dirty 4. Break Fast was not Up to the mark 5. Even Hot water was not coming for shower, very pathetic experience !!

The property is not maintained well. I complained regarding problem of mosquitoes in room and they shifted us to their another property which was pathetic. I strongly advise not to stat at any of turban group hotels in Udaipur.

Amazing stay on new year eve

Had a comfortable stay at the resort with parents and kids. Its beautifully built with great helping staff and quick service. Breakfast was having lots of options and was very good in taste too. New year eve event was also very well organised with live music, performances, dj and mouth watering food. Not sure on the public transport but if you have a private car or taxi then i think its all sorted.
