Clean rooms new property and very accesive near to all market and food was great Today we had a breakfast it was also great Resort provided us complimentary room upgrade to premium and the welcome was great they provided us restaurant services till midnight on our special request The staff behavior was so friendly and supportive

Highly Disappointing Experience Not as Advertised

The hotel is nothing like what they showcase . It is not a proper resort, but rather located amidst a residential area. The services and food quality were extremely poor, and the overall service experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or quality stay.

Poor Stay

I have faced electricity issues during my stay. The resort has a facility of generator but it was not working as diesel was not filled in the generator. Electricity was not there the whole night and staff is not even listening to anyone.

The stay is fyn but serving isn't. Gates get closed and no one opens, service for water and other amenities is very slow and sometimes we ourselves have to go and tell them. Overall its an average stay.
