the staff and servicing plus food is excellent, the venue is clean and room is also spacious, pool is maintained

very small room door handel was broken , after flush water does not stop automatically no ventilation in room or very poor or blocked get feelings like suffocating pillow ware so dirty yello marks below cover food good over call good if you want to just spend night swimming pool was not clean even after reminder multiple time to clear that we can use it.

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The cleanliness was far below basic standards – the room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom was unhygienic, and the bedding looked unwashed. Breakfast was another letdown – very limited options, cold food, and unhygienic serving conditions. Definitely not what I expected after seeing the pictures. I would not recommend this place unless serious improvements are made in hygiene and food quality.

not even worth 1 star. - no internet - bathroom not clear no 24 hrs power back - shabby room looks very different from the picture - food bad, dinner area unhygienic - unhygienic rooms - bathroom shower doesn't work properly - tap water comes very slowly in low pressure - no toothpaste and brush were not provided - overall power service

It was very bad experience, very terrible hospitality, the hotel is being damage the image and experience.

Geysers not working, water tap had very poor pressure, taps ran out of water thrice in 3 days, exactly in morning when they were needed. Rooms were stinking, intercom not working.

The resort seight seeing was too good that you can enjoy with your friends only as it was highly contains with the group of alcoholic people you can only go with your friends only as the people were drink openly in the resort some people also drink near the swimming pool and no one can stop them

The rooms are very bad and there is nothing like maintenance in the resort. Terrible experience.

Review about stay is ok not as per expacting at par room service is so bed all over avarage stay.

It is very inside, there is no facility, there is not even a towel in the room, even water is not coming in the tap.

Hotel turns off all the light during night. It looks scary. At night whole staff uses swimming pool. Lots of bugs and instect

Property is average but they have taken extra money, Management was also not up to the mark.

Experience of this hotel is not very good, we suffer many problems ac is not working properly, hot water supply is also not working and we book 4 deluxe room but they provide 2 small and 2 deluxe room, when i informed them, instead of room change thay argued with us, only breakfast is nice rest of all services was very bad

Good but food service very slow

Good things place is awesome peaceful atmosphere bad things they asked me 2000 rs for early check in though i have got complementary early check in by mmt. For the drinks, they charged me double rupees on mrp that was really disappointed. Service is not good as i expected

Foul smell was coming in all the rooms. Management has put their undergarments on the wall for drying.

The property was good, room rent could be deserved at least 4500/night for following reasons 1. Swimming pool 2. Dining hall 3. Resort feeling 4. Interior space is great but it doesn't, as below 1. Cook is untrained 2. Overall maintenance 3. Poor apathy/understanding of managers 4. The rooms are not cleaned

The hotel was good staff was also great. The food can be better. They can add amenities to the hotel. Still can improvise. Otherwise it was good
