Vey far from city, outside resort only jungle is there. Services of resort very poor and unprofessional. Toilet flush was not working. Staff are unprofessional and not able to respond properly.

Staff behaviour is not good also room service is not on time . There is no such facility. Resort comes under average rating

Service is poor, property is beautiful, food is okay. Our phone was not working, no one came to repair till next day morning

So I really love the stay over. I love the lawn that they have. They maintain it really well and the property itself is incredible amazing. I really love the architecture detailing that they've done and also the Udaipur feel that I just get looking out of my window. I chose their most luxurious suite, and it was very much worth it. I have a private balcony. I had a full view to the lawn. The sunrise view. It was truly very amazing. So yeah, thank you so much Shakti Vilas for everything. I also love the food at the restaurant, the In roomdining, the services. Everyone always had a smile and they were really really nice with me. I really love their behaviour and I loved how they behave with everyone. Also, so truly thank you to Shakti Vilas for getting me here and you know, giving me the best time of my life in this hotel, this is so far the best hotel I've ever been.

I recently stayed at Shakti Vilas by Trulyy, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service.

The facilities was good though, but the variety of food wasn’t vast for each breakfast/lunch/dinner. Staff management was average, somewhat between good and bad.

Excellent location, reception staff very cordial, ample and safe parking, incredible views from every corner, peace and calm for perfect meditation. Only restaurant service were pathetic. To get breakfast i had to wait for 2 hours.

Stayed with family, it was a great experience. Staff is very helpful, specially at reception. Everyone was greeting with smile and helped with smallest of things when needed. Special mention to Pintoo who made sure that rooms are big enough for kids.

Worst service worst holi celebration event

Very far away from the main city in a distant and lonely village. No transportation and very difficult to visit udaipur things if you don't have personal car. Feels very lonely and deserted here and nothing is available outside. Housekeeping staff is useless, no training and slow and unresponsive replies. They dont even make up the room next day if you stay for more than one day. The breakfast buffet had no spread and only 2-3 items. Except bread and some fixed items like milk or juice, there were only 1-2 main course items. Filling stomach felt difficult in that case. Definitely not a 5 star resort experience considering such an expensive price. Checkout time was 12pm but they started calling from 11 am saying checkout soon, when I told the time is 12pm they started arguing with me. Overall had very bad experience here and will recommend to stay in properties located in city centre with more trained and working staff.

We had worst and most terrible experience during our stay. Unhygienic and poor quality of room, refrigerator and air conditioner not worked properly, unprofessional and untrained staff, we wondered even General Manager not able to resolve any concern..seems to be very helpless. Room service as slow as possible, I believe it's kind of first resort that can't provide the Paneer, Pizza, bathroom towel, toilteries etc. we booked the Luxury room with balcony but the voucher we received mentioned Deluxe roomNo welcome drink at arrival, reception manager not able to add the bills, billing process is very poor... There is lot more to say...! We surprised to know that similar experience had by other people also who stays here during our stay.
