Had a pleasant and really good experience in the Quila. The property is amazing, what makes it even more amazing is the people and support staff. They ensured everything was perfect. It was our anniversary, they gave a nice bouquet and arranged for candle light dinner at the best place. The food is also amazing. Had one of the best stay experiences in The Quila.

It was not a stay, It was a dream come true Amazing Place to have a staycation, the property itself is so beautiful it feels like it came out straight from the pintrest. and the Staff is so amazing hats off to Mr Souvik and his team they literally keep you in Hands... whatever you demand they get it fulfilled and they don't leave any stone untouched to give you the Royal Treatment Once here you will feel like a King in a Quila. 10/10

Terrible experience. The property isninder staffed . The food is horrible. The rooms are dirty and not maintianed at all . Full of insects the swiming pool of the private villa is a cam and not cleaned at all. When told to clean they didnt do till 5 PM and answered of unavailability of staff. Food wa ssmelly and untasteful. Not worth a single penny . HUGE SCAM !!!!!!!! NEVER GO

the property has been very meticulously made with every intricate details being kept in mind. Housekeeping, cleanliness etc is impeccable. However, the only scope of improvement lies in in food in terms of variety in the menu, buffet items, availablity of Chinese, tandoor etc.
