Our experience was great. The property is really good. The view from our room was superb. We stayed in a Renaissance room with a sit out area and the view of the city and lake, monsoon palace from the sit out area was amazing. The room was neat and clean and very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was also delicious and service was excellent.

It is a budget 4 star proper

This property is a budget 4 star and not at all a 5 star. The location is inbetween mountains and lot of greenery. The facilities are not adequate and the things inside the room are in very bad shape. The carpet is worn out, the chairs, sofa and table look very old. The bathroom has no ventilator, just a huge window and to open this window is difficult. The bedsheet was torn. There were insects inside our room. The food in restaurant was taste less. The staff in restaurant and admin were good. The cabs from Hotel were good and the driver Panna Lal had very good knowledge about all major attractions in city.

Despite maintenance complaint, AC cooling in room no 2 was not sufficient all the time. On second day Of our stay, despite the request, room no 60 was not cleaned. At the time of check-in, our luggage was sent to the rooms very late, after about half an hour. Over all services of the hotel is very slow and lacking the standard, we have to remind the requests repetitively.

An Unforgettable Experience of Fateh Villas. The ambience and the view of the resort is so Amazing. Nature lover must visit. Staff was polite and service was wonderful. It was very comfortable stay. Property is very nice and food is excellent. And the view from the hotel is awesome. One of the best property in Udaipur.
