Property is good for stay but no any other room book their and food is so costly High rate of food one of employee there Mr. Ratan Lal keer very kind and supportive best service by him but this property suitable for 4-5 group room booking not for family room it's alone one feel dangerous for child and only one family all over average rated

It was awesome! The fort's being built, which is a bummer, but the staff are so great it totally makes up for it. Dinner was delicious with Shesh Mahal in the background. The only thing missing was live music, even though there was plenty of room for a band.

Stay was comfortable. Starting with room bedding was quiet comfortable, rooms and washrooms were quiet spacious as we opted for two rooms, problem faced was cold water in winter for shower which must be taken care and no bodywash as they were providing soap which was not up to the mark. Next, the breakfast-it was temptingly delicious- they were cooking it specially for you with every bit dipped in love n humbleness. I enjoyed my stay a lot special thanks to ratan ji for making our trip enjoyable and letting us feel at home. In future if i ever visit udaipur again will definitely stay at sardargarh. Hello…. Comfortable stay with pleasant environment. Have had good experience. Only thing is they should provide bath footwear to room as marble floor is cold as well hot water facility

Been there on Diwali 2021. With parents and other family members. It's a 300 yr old heritage fort which has 42 rooms as of now. However, they are in process of adding more rooms and a banquet hall too soon. Rooms are a good decent size and with all modern amenities. The overall old structure is maintained very well in major parts of the fort. Others are under renovation. This property is well managed by the present owner and their family (10th generation king) and has few professional staff too. You won't feel like a hotel chain feel but you will find everything with a very personal touch and homely feel. The owners have 6 cute little dogs who are awesome to play with. There are two areas to eat at. One overlooking the lake near the village and the other on the rooftop where you can enjoy candle-lit dinners with local folk music playing. Food is of good quality and tasty. They will also modify as per your palate. We have Jain food and they were more than happy to cater and understand and serve that way they also give you a tour of the whole fort area describing the rich history. It's a wonderful l experience. And a must if you go there. There's a big central courtyard covered in the green lawn. And plants. Very well maintained. There's a decent size pool amid-st another big water body with lotus and Champa trees overlooking an amphitheatre kind of place. The pool couldn't be used as it was non-heated. One should come here to relax. Enjoy the history and Rajasthan culture. Enjoy some very good views all over the fort. The ancient architecture. Too is wow. It's a 2 hr drive. 100 km from Udaipur. The road is good except last 2 km. the staff and managers were nice and very very courteous and very very helpful and gave exemplary service. Special mention. Shri raj and Mandeep and the owner's wife keeps a keen interest to maintain the property so well and decor it so well with flowers and pots and nice touches everywhere. Superb. She sent us homemade halwa one night with dinner and it was awesome. The only small thing that will itch is the price of the food overall is on the higher side. However, you will not mind considering the overall experience. Do plan with family friends or your spouse. It is amazing.

Food is not as per the amount we pay for it. Not satisfied with the quality of food as per the amount we paid for that. They need to have the good chef in place and should also server continental foods as served in taj and other like wise hotels. Food not worth the amount paid for it

Palace is a must visit for people visiting shrine near nathdwara, just 30 mins away and gives you good experience for royal hospitality. The hotel is well maintained with lots of open areas for family or couple to spend the time. Hotel staff is really courteous provides you with tour of palace once you arrive. The rooms are really big and gives you royal rajasthan feeling like an heritage does. Highly recommended.
