"I had the pleasure of staying for two days at Hotel Baba Palace, which is conveniently located in the heart of the city. Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. We had requested a room with a view of Jagdish Temple, and they kindly accommodated us, providing a beautiful view of the temple. The hotel's central location made it easy to visit nearby attractions, all within walking distance. Although I did not try the food, everything else during my stay was excellent

Terrible Stay

Worst place to book a room. We have already informed that we will be late for check-in and still the room was not cleaned and the staff was showing the uncleanend room like everything was fine. The owner asked us to wait for another 30 mins so the room would get clean and we were frustrated because we were travel-ling from previous day and we were so tired and even after late check-in, we didn't get the room. We were showing our tiredness and frustation but the owner started blackmailing us to cancel the paid booking when we mentioned our concern. He acted like a local goon who could go to any extent and we had no other choice because we booked it through makemytrip and there was no cancel policy. This is the worst experience we ever had in our travel journey so far. We request makemytrip to block this property so others wouldn't experience the same.

Very bad experience of hotel baba palace, we have booked delux room for 2days, they are not providing even soap or shampoo for bathing and even in free breakfast giving only one item ( no other choice. Please don't go there, they are not providing any basic facilities

The stay was comfortable and within the budget. Very good place to stay. It is in old market and is very near to the city palace (walking distance is 3-4 minutes. There is an auto stand right in front of the hotel, making connectivity easier.
