Poor Stay

First of all when we reached udaipur around 9pm, we found that there's no parking space at the hotel for cars and they didn't Even help us in the parking lot. We dragged our luggage from the parking lot to the hotel by ourselves for around 400m and the way to the hotel wasn't straight, it had a lot of inclined roads. After checking in we found that There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room and it's even difficult to sleep. We killed mosquitoes with our hands. The hot water coming from the tap was also dirty brown with a bad smell. My partner got ill and had started having a fever after 1 day of staying there. I went to the reception to take salt for tepid cold sponging at 11:30 PM on 4th October but the receptionist denied by saying that the restaurant is closed and I can't help you and also he denied giving Two wheeler just because I was not seeing any auto there to go to the medical shop to purchase medicines for my partner. Our stay was very poor and the hotel staff was also not co-operative. Very dissatisfied with the hotel and stay.

Guests can easily reach the hotel by tuk-tuk from the nearest parking area, which is just 100 meters away. Regarding your concern about the late-night assistance — our front desk was informed, but the information provided wasn’t very clear. If you had mentioned that your partner was unwell, we would have immediately helped arrange a doctor or medicine. However, as per our hotel’s safety regulations, we are unable to provide vehicle keys to guests during night hours. Not value for money. No bathrobes were changed to next day as they denied. No room service for food. Pay instantly when you eat something at restaurant. Not proactive for cleaning. Not same as showing in pic. No mosturiser denied for late check out and for 1 and half hour asked to pay 1500 for late check out. No herbal tea or green tea, nothing in freeze not working in bathroom rain water was coming . Bedsheets and blankets cover we’re having holes like crazy

Very nice hotel, the lake view from the rooftop is amazing. They also arrange candlelight dinners at night, which is really nice. The food taste is average — better to avoid the Laal Maas, but the staff’s kulcha and tandoori items are really good.

I just want to give two suggestions one is about parking they should mention parking charges in Govt parking 400/- per day because they don’t have allotted parking and another things is rooms are very nice but no such windows or gallery where we can sit and relax having tea which is very much expected in lake side hotels otherwise stafff very nice , food was also very nice in all very good experience

I recently stayed at Udaigarh Heritage in Udaipur, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel perfectly reflects the charm and essence of Rajasthan. The rooms are beautifully designed, giving a royal and traditional feel while still being very comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the terrace view – it is absolutely mesmerizing, offering a stunning panoramic view of Udaipur’s lakes and palaces. Spending time there felt magical, especially in the evening. The staff deserves special mention – they were extremely kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my stay. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel at home, and they were always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious with authentic flavors, and the dining experience overlooking the city was a delight. The location of the property is also excellent – central, yet peaceful, and much better than many other hotels I have seen in Udaipur.
