Hotel CASA by the lake

Good stay and quite clean rooms, hotel staff are good supportive. Also hotel location is nearby to City palace and Jagadish temple. Also bike / car on rent were available by contacting hotel staff.

Pros: The location is very near to City palace, Lalghaat of pichola lake, value for money, at around 3k, they provided deluxe room with hindered lake view. Whatever little service they provided was good. Cons: very inaccessible, although within the old city four wheeler access is difficult this place is more difficult, not to mention exceptionally small rooms, and tinier bathroom with a broken non functional sink, blood stained bedsheet, rooftop access was too difficult from the second wing where we were alloted room. And the biggest negative restaurant facility not within the hotel, which was mentioned as present.

The property was rated 3 star ,however the room size were not that satisfactory given the amount of tariff per day. The staff was respectful and behaviour was decent ,however the expectations of the amenities was not upto the mark. The room tariff was not in sync with the amenities . Upon contacting your helpline ,I was assured by the customer care agent Neha of 2500 points as a compliment ,however I did not receive anything.

Location very near to City place and lake pichola . Room was very comfortable . Bathroom very neat & clean. Roof top view also very beautiful at night.

Cleanliness and hygiene is all good. Food is also great. It is just that the room I selected was a bit small.

location is good. rooms are bit small. beds are not comfortable. staffs are friendly and of good nature. dinner served is of good quality. but complimentary breakfast options are very limited. just served aluparatha with curd and omlette limited and sandwich. but the location is the main hero as all the attractions are nearby

Location is very convenient and service was good. Breakfast was timely and good. And the terrace view is the main draw.

Terrible, You cannot reach hotel by car...have to take auto from 2 km ago...pathetic location in slumps....you cannot called it hotel...make my trip provide wrong information about the hote.I cannot reach hotel with my car...I have to book another hotel to stay.Make my trip and hotel scamming travellers. it was very good experience manager coperated very well having good knowledge have ability to recognise the guest and even restaurent food is delicious thanks we would definitely recommend

Great view from rooftop, good hospitality staff were very helpful. Food is good. But room were bit small
