Looks good but delivers bad....not value for money!
The location and property are good but the service levels are poor. The staff isnt properly trained and struggle to serve or handle feedback. The amenities we were promised as part of package and paid extra for werent there. We were told there is a butler service in room along with kitchenette but there was nothing. The hotel said they have no such facilities. Plus there was some surprise gift during check out but nothing. No one came to take feedback too! Really disappointing experience.

Excellent Property and Stay!! 🍻
Found out through suggestions by MMT. The property was well located with amazing mountain view from the room. The staff was exceptionally courteous and supportive, starting from the porch where we met Om Prakash with a most welcoming smile. Breakfast was great with umpteen options to eat. Great stat and start of our very long trip down South.

I had a pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Kumbhalgarh. While my experience began with a bit of initial dissatisfaction, the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and ensured everything was made right. Their attentiveness and willingness to address my concerns truly stood out. The breakfast spread was very good, though the dinner buffet felt slightly limited in variety. That said, the quality of food was satisfactory. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the stunning view from the mountain-view room—absolutely enthralling and worth experiencing. The folk music during breakfast and dinner added a magical charm, making every meal feel special. A special note of thanks to the front desk executive and Manager Rohit, who went out of their way to upgrade my room and even surprised me with a small pastry to commemorate my birthday. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot and elevated the entire stay. Overall, Radisson Blu Kumbhalgarh offers warm hospitality, beautiful views, soulful cultural touches, and a staff that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.

It's was my 3rd visit to Radisson blu Kumbhalgarh. The hotel is amazing very neat and clean. The staff is also very polite and descent. In terms of food i think they best chef MR.MAHNOHAR JI who cooked ah very delicious food for us. What ever we like to eat Manohar ji cooked for us. The way he how he treated us and taken the order of my choice in Dinner and Breakfast it was really nice. Just because of comfort and quality food i would like to visit again Radisson blu. service was also very nice. room' was also very good.

The location of the property is very good. Only 10 mins drive to the fort. The view from the pool area is amazing. Service also nice.
