Very disappointing experience — not worth the money

This hotel was a very bad experience. The rooms look like a cheap and are completely different from the pictures shown on MMT and the hotel’s website. The actual condition of the rooms is dirty and poorly maintained. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, and the food quality is terrible. The room should not cost more considering the facilities and cleanliness. I will never book this hotel again and strongly advise others not to stay here.

Staff behaviour was too good after my late check in they provided a hi tea with cookies & Pakoras love to eat Room are so specious & comfortable Dinner buffet was awesome. Surely will plan again for a relaxing weekend
